Job description:
1. Assist Project Leader, architect and engineer with design from construction scheme stage to construction drawing stage;
2. Make building information models (BIM) of building, structure, HVAC, and electrical engineering;
3. Sustainable design of BIM (green building design, energy-saving design and BOM statistics);
4. Visual design of BIM (indoor and outdoor rendering, virtual roaming, architectural animation, virtual construction cycle);
5. Dedicate to doing research and promotion of new architectural design based on BIM concept.
Post qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in building, structure, HVAC, and water supply and drainage;
2. At least 2 years’ design and drawing experience of building, structure, HVAC and water supply & drainage in domestic design institute or foreign-funded design company;
3. Experienced in design and construction drawings design related to building, have a good command of design-related software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DsMax, Photoshop, etc.) and varied general office software; those who have a good command of Revit series software are preferred;
4. Know well professional basic knowledge, and have basic architectural, structural and electromechanical specialty knowledge and the ability of reading construction drawings;
5. Willing to learn and have a good command of BIM design software (Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, Microstation, Navisworks, Rhinoceros, Ecotect, IES, ETABS, etc.);
6. Solid professional basic knowledge, get acquainted with the specialty’s varied codes and regulations, and learn about the specialty’s latest technical development trends.
