Post qualification:
1. Follow up daily affairs of administration, human resources, etc,;
2. Timely and accurately update employer’s address book and manage the company’s network and email;
3. Responsible for daily office supplies’ procurement, distribution and registration management, and office equipment management;
4. Follow up the purchase of and manage the insurance of the company and construction personnel;
5. Employees attendance system maintenance, attendance statistics and outbound personnel management;
6. Guarantee that the materials required (for example water, paper, equipment, consumables, reimbursement documents and forms) are sufficient, and responsible for fee settlement;
7. Skillfully use 3-warehouse 1-platform operation, and maintain personnel certificates and company qualifications.
Post qualification:
1. Follow up daily affairs of administration, human resources, etc,;
2. Over 1 year’s relevant working experience;
3. Know well administrative knowledge and working process of office, and have a good command of office software such as OFFICE;
4. Careful, responsible, diligent, upright and with strong written and oral expression ability.
