Job description:
I. Carefully carry out the Construction Law, the Contract Law, relevant national decrees and rules on labor protection and the Company’s safety production system; implement the policy “Safety first, precaution focused” to take proper safety prevention measures and do safety work appropriately. In varied economic contracts, there must be safety production included to ensure that efficiency must go with safety and safety should be the first in production.
II. Fully undertake all the affairs of this project, carefully read construction drawings, prepare construction organization design scheme and safety technology measures, and establish uniform “8-cards 1 drawing” system in specifications; work with relevant personnel of the Project Department to organize a powerful construction team; prepare project progress plan, personnel and material plan and machines, tools and equipment plan to guarantee civilized construction.
III. Prepare the detailed management rules, proposals and measures for this project, organize staff to attend meetings regularly, and properly arrange, scientifically guide and smoothly complete this project’s construction tasks.
IV. Carefully perform the terms of the Project Construction Contract, guarantee the smooth progress of the project and maintain the enterprise’s credit and economic benefit.
V. Make reasonable layout plan depending on the project’s site construction conditions, and arrange, implement and create civilized site. It’s required that the layout should be reasonably made.
VI. Prepare the project’s overall schedule, monthly schedule and all the construction teams’ monthly schedules.
VII. Discuss, prepare and sign the project’s single-item project contract, material purchase contract, labor contract and odd job settlement with relevant administrative staff.
VIII. Arrange and do well the cost accounting of sub-item contract (by item, subproject, subitem) timely and separately, and notify the accounting results to contractor’s administrators, so as to timely correct the construction plan and scheme and get more benefits.
IX. Timely hand down construction task book and material requisition form on quota to varied teams, and carefully record the ledger for Project Manager.
X. Make in-depth understanding about the life, work and study status of staff, adopt staff’s reasonable suggestions, properly solve the issues cared by staff, and complete the project’s construction tasks on time with proper quality and quantity.
Post qualification:
1. Junior college education, major in construction engineering, over 3 years’ project practice experience;
2. Able to read drawings in CAD format and prepare simple construction scheme, with strong sense of responsibility;
3. Have certain ability of site construction and management, and with the organizing ability and teamwork spirit;
4. Working experience of steel structure works preferred;
5. Salary depends on personal ability, to be discussed personally;
6. Builder’s certificate is a must.
