Requirements on construction

1. Investigate the topographical condition of the construction site to have an understanding of reasonable water supply and drainage layout.

2. Check the water inlet pipe and drain pipe to ensure if their pipe diameter meets the requirements on water consumption of houses. If not, put forward processing schemes in a timely manner for owners’ reference and ask the property management to deal with.

3. Verify if the construction drawing conforms to the actual field conditions, if layout of kitchen and toilet is reasonable. Report any problem found timely for modification.

4. Draw up the construction schedule, confirm construction personnel and make sure the construction can be completed on time.

5. Make a budge of materials. In the earlier stage: Fengguo or Rifeng PPR pipe (inlet pipe), Lesso PVC pipe (drain pipe), tee, straight pipe, connector, elbow, plug; later period: Tap, gate valve or ball valve, hose, sanitary ware and accessories as well as various materials. (required amount).

6. Confirm the location of sanitary ware with owner and workers based on the construction drawing and actual field situations.

7. After location, mark the routine of water supply and drainage pipes on the site and make marks at corresponding locations.
